Casting All My Cares Upon Him

“Casting all your care upon him,
for he careth for you.”
1 Peter 5:7

David encouraged the same type of commitment in Psalm 55:22,
“Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and He shall sustain thee..."

Lord, help me to continue to lean on You.
Your word tells me that You will meet my every need.

    The Lord used you and Tom greatly,
    in answering all our questions,
    that first Sunday we came to church.

    Thank you for all the time you invest in people.
    You helped us quickly feel part of the church family.

    Never grow weary of helping others...
    God has given you both
    special gifts for ministering.

    You diffidently have the Spiritual Gift of encouragement.
    Keep pressing on for the Lord.
